New talk about collective failure

Schools from Texas and the Big 12 started the NCAA Tournament on Thursday afternoon with a huge collective thud.

All five schools from the Lone Star State in the Tournament were eliminated in the first eight hours of the second round. And No. 3 seed Iowa State from the Big 12 joined them as the league whiffed to the tune of an 0-3 start.
