Netminders should be the only ones to ever touch a puck. I also don't like shoot-outs. And I think the best rule the Bettman regime ever came up with was abandoned already - the one that said skate in the crease before the puck enters, no goal. I liked that rule because it was unambiguous. I've watched enough AHL games this year to know that the 3 on 3 overtime will reduce the number of shootouts, but in the final analysis, I don't like that either because it turns ice hockey into roller hockey.
