Ask any cop you might know personally: there seems a large tribe of wannabe-Cops, peopled mostly by ones quite unsuitable
(though today.. it seems standards have dropped. But that's another story.)

They are akin to religious acolytes, these guys (prolly some gals too, more now?) and their Super Bowl seems to be, hangin with real Cops,
where tolerated? appreciated? ..or at least not flat-out persona non grata.
(Maybe when ya ain't got no chops in any identifiable field, thus no power? Authority is yer pheromone?)
