And.. it doesn't really save any significant time anyway. Wade believes it's still on by default in even later stuff. Love to see something with Clippy bein strangled by an irate victim :-) Ashton Hope OO Open Office eats their breakfast Soon...
Post #39,479 by static 5/22/02 6:41:47 AM Reply	You're slipping, Ash. I said that AFAIR, Fast Save defaults off in Word 97. But it defaulted on in Word 6. I also indicated that the Fast Save log adds new text (and other edits) onto the end of the file, leaving deleted text where it was in the file.
