uno.gregfolkert.net is no longer up and alive. I shut it down a minute ago.

It is being sent to me via UPS, as driving there including my time would cost well in excess of $400. $40 in shipping is far more cost effective.

Google is doing everything I needed using "sites" and apps/mail/calendar etc...

The IP Address responds now... but it is actually owned by the device 208.79.211.92. Machine is out of the rack and is ... already shipped.
