![]() Android on a phone? I scoff at that notion. [Scoff, scoff] |

![]() with my Nexus One. I just got an serious update a few weeks ago... the new search is just ever so much more "pleasant" to have do my beck and call. Really, it is super de-duper. My only thing now, is my contract is up in a few weeks. I'm considering other options... iPhone? Perhaps. Windows Phone? not likely. Android Phones galore? Probably one of them. -- greg@gregfolkert.net "No snowflake in an avalanche ever feels responsible." --Stanislaw Jerzy Lec |

![]() It's what I remember best (worst?) about my Nexus One. |

![]() Does not give me any problem of the least. Low Res? 720 x 1280 pixels seems pretty damned good resolution to me. It is effectively Retina at "natural viewing distance" now anything at 10", sure resolution then matters. But at 20" or more, who gives a flying rip, you can't see the damned pixels anyway. I guess I'm like you with computers... I use it, it works, sure a few annoyances... but in general, no bid deal. -- greg@gregfolkert.net "No snowflake in an avalanche ever feels responsible." --Stanislaw Jerzy Lec |

![]() Sorry. I always confuse the fact the Samsung Galaxy Nexus is considered "One" and not the Nexus One... sorry for the confusion. -- greg@gregfolkert.net "No snowflake in an avalanche ever feels responsible." --Stanislaw Jerzy Lec |

![]() The screen still looks as good as anyone else's phone I've held it up next to. No, I haven't compared it to a Retina. I know people have said this after every major advance in TV technology, but looking at my phone I really wonder how much better it could get. Other than it sucks in bright sunlight. -- Drew |

![]() My Sony e-ink reader looks fabulous in bright sunlight. Not tried a Kindle Paperwhite. Colour e-ink has been "just around the corner" for years. I don't remember what they said the most recent hurdles where. Wade. Just Add Story http://justaddstory.wordpress.com/ |

![]() Kindles were fine in bright light, but they were never as pretty to read as a real book or a color tablet (indoors). When they get color e-ink on a paperwhite, that will be spectacular. -- Drew |
