In any time and place where you couldn't legally gamble, you could of course do so illegally.

What does that have to do with whether casino gambling should be legalized, or whether opposition to casino gambling is an indirect attack on Indians?

I questioned why casino gambling needed to be curtailed. Later I then pointed out that is the one way that tribes could leverage income. My last point to you was that gambling will happen casinos or no. So once again, back to the top, why should the government force casinos to close?
