There are too many Mannings!
That's why they strive for uniqueness or at least rarity by picking an uncommon first name. But, I had a Manning college roommate named Bob (i.e. Robert) and a Williams for a boss at IBM first named Peyton. A friend named Paul Smith spent almost a hour in an interrogation and waiting to be checked out by the Secret Service while trying to visit the White House. So that's the flip side.
