New more holiday goodwill

A South Haven man was arrested early Saturday morning for allegedly punching his mother in the face – and it was all over a Christmas tree ornament.

[...]

They learned that the suspect, his girlfriend, his mother and brother had been decorating their Christmas tree.

Atwood had been drinking and was intoxicated, sheriff’s officials said. When Atwood noticed that his 58-year-old mother had an ornament with his brother’s name on it and none with his own name on it, Atwood got angry and pushed past the others, attacked his mother and punched her in the face as many as five times.

Atwood's mother had a bloody nose and swollen eye and lip, and the suspect had injuries on his knuckles, sheriff’s officials said.

Satan (impatiently) to Newcomer: The trouble with you Chicago people is, that you think you are the best people down here; whereas you are merely the most numerous.

New Actually...
Ottawa County... is clinically insane compared to the Clinically insane Country.

Hopefully this tells you something.

New Hahaha...
Ottawa County... wrong place to do that stuff. The Sheriff/Deputies get heavy handed on nearly everything.

I can just imagine if his Mom looked like that... He must have had a few body punches or tweaked arms or stood on legs...

Yeah nothing "out of the ordinary" for a resisting arrest arrest.
