There's a famous Crowfoot Glacier on the highway between Banff and Jasper, Alberta, Canada that has a display with some before and after shots. It looked like a crow's foot back in the day; now, not so much.

Year-round Northwest passage will be a boon for Alaska. The coastal towns may have to move inland a bit. But, what the heck! :)
