Middle Pennsylvania, Western Michigan, parts of New York State. These places are "Up in the North of these United States." Resistance to change is what Dutch Christian Reformed Churchies do best here. They are very horrible to anything that challenges their "world view"... that and certain sects of Baptists. I happen to live in one of the more heavily populated by Dutch Immigrants that proudly are Christian Reformed Church of America members.
