Welcome to IWETHEY!

New Slightly OT:
I met my wife on a train in Nebraska... she's from the Traverse City area, was at a 2-year college in MO, and was planning on going to U of M the next year after she graduated, which is where I was going to school at the time.

For further coinkydink, her grandmother used to live 2 blocks down the street from me where I grew up on the west side of the state, and given how small the town was it's likely that I ran across her at some point as an adolescent or teen when she was visiting her grandmother during the summer as she often did.
Regards,
-scott
Welcome to Rivendell, Mr. Anderson.

I've got a few of those myself. Some might know that BioNerd and I were counselors at the same summer camp and a summer fling for each other about ten years before she popped up here. We are still friends. More amazing, her neighbor and friend was my neighbor when I was in first grade - I had a little boys crush on that one.

I met a cute Chilean Latina in a Havana bus station only to find out she lived on treasure island while I lived just over the bridge in San Francisco. We still correspond occasionally.

Its a small world but I wouldn't want to paint it.

And that's why, at Thanksgiving, she looks at you funny.
