I read about this a couple of days ago. The report I read said that he walked towards the Israelis shouting that he had explosives strapped to himself. The Israelis aimed their guns at him and told him to stop. He continued towards them, yelling about Allah and how he was going to blow them (the Israelis) up. When he got too close, the Israelis shot him.

The local news report (as to be expected) only said he walked up to the Israelis at the border and yelled
Allah Akubar

I am very much inclined to believe he said more (just as your text oultines) but this is what the local (BBC originated) item explicitly said. So it seems someone is sure throwing petrol on the fire.
