If they've been doing a credible job, pop a little skin off an ear lobe (not hard to do,) but if they have been a fuckup, put one in the ten ring. It would add a whole new dimension to treachery in office. The devil is in the details, of course. It's frivolous, of course, but there should be some existential payback for betraying your base.
