Welcome to IWETHEY!

New Also got a few other things from NewEgg...
I'm re-doing my bedroom "office"

For the 13 needed AC plugs (yeah 13 plugs)...
2 - BELKIN BE107000-07-CM 7 Outlets Surge Suppressor 120V
http://www.newegg.co...m=N82E16812107803

For the 22" Viewsonic TV I have:
1 - Rosewill RHTB-11011 Black 17" - 32" Tilt/Swivel Wall Mount
http://www.newegg.co...m=N82E16882021212

For the Mac Mini to allow me to plug in things to it easily from where its going to be:
6 ft. USB cable A/Male to A/Female extension
http://www.newegg.co...m=N82E16812816055

Because I need one for my other machine:
3 ft. DVI-D male to DVI-D male dual link Cable
http://www.newegg.co...m=N82E16812189046

Because I want the Mac mini to be hookup to the new monitor via HDMI:
6 ft. HDMI TO HDMI A/V Cable
http://www.newegg.co...m=N82E16812189053

New 4 port powered and reset-able KVM, only using the KM part, setup the way I want it for the cables to flow:
4-port MiniView Extreme Multimedia KVMP Switch

Here is the run down of all the CRAP I get to shovel into the corner:

4 monitors (22" Viewsonic LCD HD TV 720p, 24" Dell HD monitor ST2421L (1920x1080 - 1080p), 2 - 21.6" Samsung 16:10 monitors). 4 - AC plug

3 computers: Lenovo T61, HP XW8400, Mac Mini v5.1. 3 - AC plugs

1 HD Cable TV tuner, 1 AC plug

1 - 8 port 10/100/1000 network switch, 1 AC plug

1 - Powered KVM, 1 AC plug

1 - Boston Acoustics 2.1 powered sound system, 1 AC plug

1 - Polycom VOIP phone, 1 - AC plug
-----------------------------------
12 AC plugs

1 - additional plug for a "charging" power strip...

13 AC plugs

I am running a 30A Dedicated power run from the electrical panel to the corner of my bedroom... with 2 - surge protected wall duplex jacks. Along with 3 network runs, one each for my main machines, one to the 8 port switch for the Phone and Mac mini and any other machines I use (Hackintosh and etc)

I am also mounting the power, networking and other stuff on my desk, to make it accessible without having to rip everything out.

Running the main sound from the TV and Linux machine (via a dpdt switch), through the Mac mini. Splitting the Mini output between the B/A power sound and a powered stereo speaker set... which also does headphones.

Also adding a couple shelves on the left for storage. Right side a right angle shelf for my phone.

Gonna be interesting.
New Busy, busy.
:-)

I'm doing my part to keep the economy going, too. I pulled the trigger on the Toshiba Portege R835-P88 tonight - http://iwt.mikevital....iwt?postid=61507

Scott.
