I watched the movie the other night.
The recent one, with Mos Def et al.
Still a good movie, good effects, good acting, good material... but Adams became a bit of a one-trick pony. I'm not sure he deserved that, but the fact remains he spent a huge percentage of his creative output rewriting and recreating HitchHiker's. :-/ Wade Just Add Story http://justaddstory.wordpress.com/

I did start watching that...
It's been airing locally for a few weeks. I liked the first book, though it was many years ago that I read it. But there was something about the TV show that made me go 'mmmm... maybe not'.
