When something (anything) on the web doesn't work, she wants to reset the router. This RARELY does anything, but makes her wait while the real issue resolves itself, and is usually harmless. Rather than her asking me to reset it, I showed her where it was and how to do it. How much damage can she do? 15 minutes later the router was reset to factory defaults.
