..."apt-get install <Whater Admin Package>" a few tens of times, and you'd be all set!

Unfortunately (as you, astute reader that you are, have already noticed) my use of the conjunctive above indicates that such a thing doesn't exist. (AFAIK.) (Yet.)

New Use the source, Luke.
I'm sure it would have a compiler on it. Compiling Apache is AFAIK not hard.
