the "campaign" on WMD possession started during a DEMOCRATIC administration, before W was even President.

So unless the point is that W did all of this whitewashing when he was Gov of Texas or part owner of a baseball team...then all this is revisionist history.
Sure, understanding today's complex world of the future is a little like having bees live in your head. But...there they are.
