The government signed away national sovreignty to the WTO a long time ago. Compared to that secret court system and what it can do this is trivial. I do find it amusing how many knee-jerk Republicans are strenously objecting to this after supporting the WTO's far worse system.

Yes, there a lot of questions about what the domain of this court is, but practically speaking it's very limited. The UN provides a far lower level of rights then the US (in both theory and practice) does, thus the odds that any American whould ever find himself in front of that court is slim.

The only real danger here is too the president, who will find his ability to engage in unilateral military action somewhat curtailed. I can't see where that is a bad thing.
