We installed most of them and supplied them. We LIKE dictators right up to the point that they don't give our owners^w corporations the terms they dictate^w want.
Precedent schmecedent. It's just another way for the profiteers to collect another stack of money.

I understand why you should be suspect of any of these situations, I know I am, but that doesn't stop the occasional "win" in the situation, even though it employs situational ethics.
