I've got x64 Windows with an nVidia card... this FX3500 Quadra... and these games are very nice. Now, I CAN stand the stench of Windows. I guess... yes... give me a break!

Post #348,898 by folkert 10/9/11 9:26:45 PM Reply	Id's Rage... Does not run on anything except Windows. Not even Wine/Crossover. I've run into a problem... the game keeps quitting on OpenGL functions missing on the nVidia Quadra FX3500 video card. Evidently the Card is not "Steam" compatible... but is partially IDs Game Engine v5 ... But since Steam is only the manager of the program and not the thing that actually runs it... Well anyway, I have to get a new Video card... once that fully supports OpenGL v3.x+ since this one only supports OpenGL v2.0 DAMMINT! So yet another $125+ shot to heck on a game. GRRR.

I just happen to have a machine that can handle gaming now. Fsck me if the fricking Video Card doesn't support OpenGL >v2.xx Its a frickin CAD Video card... and high end one.
