New Evactuated the building in Philly
Felt it in Philly, enough to make the building move. It felt terrible, but it was probably only a fraction of an inch in reality. Everybody in the office looked around and say "WTF was that?" Caused a natural evacuation as most people decided it was time to take a break outside even without a warning.

Edit: No damage to the building, but they are sending everybody home out of a sense of caution.
