wouldn't that be oversight? Government meddling in corporate business? Restraining capitalism? If either the SEC or the FCC makes as much as a peep, they will be buried upside down in a leaky coffin. You can't mess with money in this administration. It's just not patriotic not to let the uber-rich have everything. </snark>

get tough talk from this administration...and then allowing other high profile mergers to happen...my guess is this one goes through. All bark, no bite.
