They claim it's not, but Greg's "mtr" he sent me screenshots of say otherwise. I spent a good 75 minutes on the phone with WOW tonight (I have internet and unrelated TV issues), and the resolution on both issues was nil due to the fact that I have other things to do.

They'll be there around 11:00 tomorrow, so if we're down at about that time (modulo an hour or two), that's why.

Also, I'm away after tomorrow early morning for the rest of the week. If this system is down, then it's down, and I'll take a look at it either Sunday when I get back, or Monday after work.
