I spent a good 75 minutes on the phone with WOW tonight (I have internet and unrelated TV issues), and the resolution on both issues was nil due to the fact that I have other things to do. They'll be there around 11:00 tomorrow, so if we're down at about that time (modulo an hour or two), that's why. Also, I'm away after tomorrow early morning for the rest of the week.
