They let people upload photos taken with 3D cameras (including the Nintendo 3DS). It converts the photos to a number of formats, including wiggle GIFs: http://3dporch.com/

There's a slight position difference between them, and if you cycle through the jpegs quickly you get a 3D effect. I'll have to see about digging them up and making an anigif from them. This free Winders software is a bit cryptic, but I was able to make an animated gif from a couple of closely-spaced pictures with about a 30 foot deep field of view after fighting with it for about 5 minutes. The 3D effect can be changed by changing the alignment point.
