Booked a ticket for Mom three weeks ago. No confirmation e-mail. Get the credit card statement, nothing there. Check website, everything looks like it is in place. Call reservations late on Thursday...
"Oh, the ticket was in Euros but the credit card is in $US. That doesn't process. Do you want me to convert the ticket price to $US?" And then the system goes down?... |
