New So...the question is - what is 'a week ago Sunday' mean.
Whether the phrase means Sunday the 1st or Sunday the 8th.

"Frankly a week ago Sunday, in the [White House] situation room, we all agreed that we would not release any operational details from the effort to take out Bin Laden," he said.

"That all fell apart on Monday, the next day."


If we surmise, Sunday the 8th is the Sunday he's referring to -- that's is after Biden's speech (on the 3rd)...that implies that the operational details aren't what Biden released.

If we surmise Sunday the 1st...well, Monday is still BEFORE Biden's speech.

(I suspect he means the 1st...but I'm willing to take the 8th.)
