If so, that customer may well find it very difficult to get service in that KFC again. Though there is the suggestion they were from out-of-area. :-/

I have seen customers ejected from McDonalds for basically being idiots at the counter. It was so long ago I don't remember much detail, but after arguing about their order at some length, they got a refund (one of the things they were after, I believe) and then told that they were no longer welcome in the building and were refused service. I recall they got quite a shock at how badly they actually lost. :-)
