Welcome to IWETHEY!

New Well, that's interesting.
About 6 months ago, D, who works for me Tuesday and Wednesdays, apparently fell under the spell of a radio ministry. She sent away for a little Baby Jesus in a fancy gazebo devotional thingy and placed it in front of her on her desk. Then she gave me a couple of tiny Buddhist devotional items she needed to dispose of.

About two weeks ago she asked me to order her a Bible on the Internet. I got her a nice King James study bible which came in a week ago.

Today, Baby Jesus is gone, and she asked me to order her a Tibetan Buddhist prayer wheel on the Internet.

Damn! She must have actually started reading that Bible instead of just thumping it like you're supposed to.
New Isn't there a play in US-football, a 'conversion'?
This lady apparently has mastered the technique.
(Nice to hear that she's eclectic -- could be a good hobby for the amateur shrink..)
New Perhaps not exactly conversion . . .
. . but strong shifts in emphasis. She has a Christian Science** background from her family and had been in the Hindu/Buddhist camp for a long time before this recent televangelist episode.

** "I don't know what they are, but they ain't Christians and the ain't Scientists" - Jack Kastner (who was married to one).
     Well, that's interesting. - (Andrew Grygus) - (2)

If you're going to be paranoid, don't stop at half measures.
