A lot of it depends upon whether you have a security clearance. If so, there are lots of jobs. If not, there are still some. Try www.capitalcareers.com (heard it was good, if it has anything...I've no direct experience with it, myself).

Some jobs are hard to find (I've been looking for a new one for over six months and haven't found anything...luckily, I've already got a job, but...). I look mostly in the java industry, so I'm not as familiar with other technology demands (though Oracle DBA's are always in high demand).
