Phone system recommendations?
The new job is a growing company, about 50 people, maybe 15 of those in customer service. They're not happy with the current phone system. I told the sysadmin I knew some people who have worked with phones.
They're open to OSS or paid systems. Any general suggestions, or anyone want to maybe offer to set up a system for them? --

kicks the shit out of bts/cisco/nortel/mitel offerings in admin and stability. my opinion anyway, I have worked with all 5.
