New Internet sites for laser toner cartridges
The printouts from my HP 4L, purchased in 1994 and still using the original toner cartridge, are finally showing banding and fading on the page. I need to find a new replacement cartridge. The only place that I know that stocks them is Office Max, but the price is $89.95. Around 4 or 5 years ago that price was below $50, but a phone call back then to HP didn't give me a definite answer about the shelf life of an unopened toner cartridge, so I didn't buy it then (and save money in the process).

Has anyone bought toner cartridges, new or remanufactured, from Internet sites? Can you name any? How are the prices? Overall impression of service and quality of product?

Thanks.

What part of "gestalt" don't you understand?
New If it's taken you this long...
... to go through your first cartridge, $90 for your second is cheap.

New Refill it. Or buy a used, refilled cartridge for $15.
Do a google search on "refill ink cartridge" and choose from the several hundred hits.
With this much manure around, there must be a pony somewhere.
