Isn't it amazing?
And I love the story of how it was created:
"That's the sort of thing you discover," she sighed, "when all your friends are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-allergic, and you're on a sugar-free diet." --

Oh, its downright awesome!
In fact... we might just buy a buncha bunches of bananas just to let them get over ripe.
Friggin' easy and way cool! |

Not sold on freezing leftovers
We kept a little from our second batch to see how it came out after going back in the freezer. A bit too hard for our taste.

Re: Isn't it amazing?
Awesome.
We just found out that my son (vegetarian) is sensitive to dairy, soy, wheat, corn, gluten, etc. And we already have a Ninja, thanks to you as well. Regards,

I'll have to try it.
Along with one of Drew's commenters, Ben & Jerry's "Chunky Monkey" is my favorite as well. This sounds like a much lower calorie substitute. :-)
Thanks. Cheers, Scott. |

Yeah, adding some walnuts and chocolate chips sounds good
