But they should take it as a lesson to watch their retirement money closer and spread it out further. You don't let a criminal off the hook just because his family income will go down. And we can't let a company off the hook because those invested in the company will be hurt. It is even more true in this case because the people invested in the company where the ones that where supposed to be supervising it. Considering the scale of the damages, people invested in BP should be happy the entire company wasn't seized by the US and the investors wiped out entirely. Jay
