VM testing
Are there any VM products that allow reducing the CPU Mhz for the VM for testing?
What I'd like to put together is a set of VMs on a beefy machine that emulate slower machines for performance testing.

don't see anything controlling MHz in Parallels
For performance I see the following options:
# of CPUs: 1 / 2 (I have a Core 2 Duo)
Optimize performance for: Virtual Machine / Mac OS X
Power consumption: Longer battery life / Better Performance
