A real serial, not just a mere series.

We got it Down Under on ABC2 which has a reputation for showing a shows a whole series at a time (i.e. one a week until over) unlike the three commercial networks who interrupt a run often and for no reason at all. The local press just about fell over itself pointing that out.

Not that the commercial channels would have shown it. It was way too edgy for them. Very intellectual TV.
