New Sounds like an Atari experiement use for military uses
I remember hearing a rumor that Atari was working on a "Thinkstick" which would allow the device to read someone's mind to move the cursor or player/missile graphic on the screen. by thinking lweft, right, up, down, fire, you could play the video game.

I am free now, to choose my own destiny.
New Mindlink
The Atari Mindlink, which (luckily) never did end up getting released, apparently worked primarily by reading your eyebrow muscles. I guess Eyebrow-Link didn't sound whizzy enough. Maybe it could have been the FrownMaster. Or the ForeheadTronic.

Take a quick look at it [link|http://www.atarihq.com/museum/2678/mindlink.html|here].
On and on and on and on,
and on and on and on goes John.

And if someone can find a cure for it a lot of the other problems will diminish.
