New HEXQUISITE CORPSE COLLAB
Interesting pixel art collaboration. They started with a grid containing 91 Hexagons and were limited to the C= 64's color palette. Each artist could claim a hexagon, then had 72 hours to submit their finished hex. The overall image would then be updated, but only showing the outermost frame of each finished hexagon. This gave each artist something to line up their art with, but still kept them in the dark as to what the other image was.

New impressive
If we torture the data long enough, it will confess. (Ronald Coase, Nobel Prize for Economic Sciences, 1991)
New Nice. The colour pallette of my youth :-)
They said I was gullible ... and I believed them
New Very clever.
They should try it with a couple of other palettes from the same time period, such as from the VIC-20, the TI-99/4A (also same as the MSX) and maybe the ZX Spectrum. The Atari 400/800 would also be interesting, but a bit too easy: they had 128 colours.

Wade.

Q:Is it proper to eat cheeseburgers with your fingers?
A:No, the fingers should be eaten separately.
New HEXQUISITE CORPSE COLLAB II
Don't know where the 16 color palette they used for this one came from. I searched the topic, but didn't see anything about it.

The first one was started almost a year ago on May 29th, this one was done in October 10th. If they follow that 6 month lag time, they might do another one soon.

They've done something else, Isometric Collaborations. It's interesting, but it looks like everybody sees the work in progress, so the results aren't as varied as the Hexquisite ones.

Don't know where I or II are, perhaps they had an IWT experience with a lost forum.

That's the kind of thing I enjoyed watching for hours on acid.
