Protesters rallied in downtown New York City Thursday to voice their anger over what they perceive as the roles Wall Street and big banks played in America's economic crisis.

Marching from City Hall to Wall Street, the protesters chanted "good jobs for all," and held signs with messages including "Hold banks accountable," "Make Wall Street Pay," and "Reclaim America."

Thousands of protesters in NY plus protests in other big cities, but very little press coverage. In that regards at least, Beep is right, the Tea Party groups get more then their fair share of press coverage.

Why is a more complex issue. It is an intersection of the Tea Party protesters making telegenic and easy targets on TV, their being a right wing group so the press can't be accused of liberal bias when they give them air time, and their protests not challenging big business interests, among other factors.
