This is a good thing, but you can expect appeals and more suits as long as SCO has money.
I've been pretty disappointed in the bankruptcy trustee, who apparently took SCO's legal position at face value and figured the company could make a fortune if it could hold on long enough to finish the lawsuits. A better trustee would have realized there was something fishy about the story he was getting from the SCO executives, and got an independent review of SCO's suits. That would have shown him that they where somewhere between worthless and baseless. Instead we are getting a lingering set of lawsuits that is doing nothing but transferring money to the lawyers.
