I'm getting very long delays before iwt starts sending data, and the page often times out. Other sites seem quick as usual.

Is it just me?

New No, it's me.
Quite literally. For the past 2 weeks or so, right at about 5pm, my entire internet connection slows to a crawl. It's fine all day long, and then between 4:30 and 5:00, it just goes to pot. WideOpenWorst will be here on Monday between 5 and 7 pm to take a look at it.
