Large scale arrests of Turkish military officers

Turkish police detained about 50 military commanders Monday for allegedly planning to blow up mosques in order to trigger a military takeover and overthrow the Islamic-rooted government. Looks like the material is about to hit the fan in Turkey. How this plays out will have major political impact world wide. I don't know enough about Turkey to even guess how it will play out though.
