...is that the DLL is on the server, but it's not pointed to by the Registry.

is that the resource memory crapped out for that DLL? It seems that sometimes it works, and other times it reports that error.

I am not sure why. I do not have access to that server to check out the registry, it is a production server. My boss has access, but is out of town for two days (Monday and Tuesday), I was supposed to have my annual review Tuesday (today), but since the boss is not in the office...
