New Well, it wasn't what I went to the store for . . .
. . but I've learned when I see something I need for one of my pages - grab it right now and think later.

So anyway, at least I know what's going to be for supper tomorrow, 'cause I've got this tray of sheep balls in the fridge and they're waiting to be cooked.

New The store I got these at . . .
. . alomost always has bull balls, but this is the first time I've seen sheep balls there.

Yup. A bull ball is over 4 inches long and 3 inches in diameter.

Of course Prairie Oysters are more properly made from calf balls which are about the size of a walnut. These are harvested at the time the calves are branded.
