I say they should release the names...

and maybe the dates, and then say "that's all you get."

To the extent that the critics have a point - which they do, but only to an extent - the complaint will then be adequately addressed.

I really don't trust this whole idea of [link|http://gi.grolier.com/presidents/aae/side/execpriv.html|executive privilege]. It's too open ended. There should be boundaries delineated by legislation.
