On their Technology Portfolio page -- http://www.aplus.net/company/technology/ -- they claim, "All technology and infrastructure is ours. We donÂt outsource anything." But according to Carrierzone -- http://carrierzone.com/ -- "carrierzone is committed to protecting your network of outsourced web, email and e-commerce against abuse with our robust system of abuse management technologies and services." So is their technology outsourced or not? -- Drew
