Most if not ALL phojnes that IM (including the vaunted iPhone) automagically capitalize the first Character in a message and after a ". " (period space) The characters after the first one are automagically lowercase. To make them UPPER CASE, takes time and effort of either a double hit of caps (to keep it on) or a hit of CAPS every key... Considering Death and minimization of effort (lazy perhaps?), I'd say "Lol" is right.

Although I wot many people do not know how to do that. I know I stand out amongst those I text in using proper capitalization, punctuation and spelling. But then I do explore my phone's capabilities more than most. :-) Wade. Q:Is it proper to eat cheeseburgers with your fingers? A:No, the fingers should be eaten separately.
