wow what a bunch of scam artists. Spamcop the same way.
They provide the reference list for free, but require you to *PAY* to get off their list. WTF, we get flagged as SPAM for VERYFIED and TRACKED e-mail lists.

Anyway, they score your MX by a lot of different variables of which reported spam is a part. You dont need to pay them, just boost your score by their methods.
Its a reputation service as opposed to a blacklist. Ping me off line if you wish
